Login to Got.Law and navigate to ‘Edit Profile.’
Click ‘Calendar Settings’ beneath your profile picture.
Login to your ScheduleOnce account.
Under ‘Activity Stream’ hover your mouse over the appointment you wish to reschedule.
When you hover your mouse over the appointment, a link to ‘reschedule’ should appear.
Click this link and type a message to the client to explain why you’re rescheduling.
This will cancel the appointment and send the client a request to reschedule.
*IMPORTANT* As soon as you cancel, this slot will open up in your calendar. To make this timeslot unavailable, simply add an event in your calendar.
